educated us in ways and means for getting project teams focused on results
and minimizing uncertainties sapping their collective energy. We can
assist in developing a shared understanding of stakeholder expectations,
defining what is "success" and what is 'failure",
organizing the project for success, and achieving synergistic
communication and collaboration. We can offer coaching support to existing
project team managers and advise of ways to improve team performance.
